Guillermo and Ana Ramirez have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years. The original idea was to introduce authentic home cooked meals by creating a variety of dishes. In 2005, Las Casuelas Restaurant was established in Turlock, CA. Today Las Casuelas has captured the tastes of the community with its unique food and home-style atmosphere.

I was born in Mexico and raised in Turlock, CA. My parents have always worked hard to provide for us kids. It is with their guidance and trust that I have my integrity today.
I have chosen to become a restaurant entrepreneur because I enjoy serving mother’s food that I have acquired throughout the years.
